I was born in 1968 in Germany and have lived in Mallorca since 1992. I am a mother of two children. In 1996, I decided to turn my personal interest in alternative medicine into my profession. Since then, I have devoted myself exclusively to alternative therapy.

In Spain, teaching in the field of alternative treatments does not have an official status. Academic degrees and specifications have been obtained in prestigious private schools that are known to the state but have not yet been officially regulated.

Accordingly, naturopaths as “non-medical practitioners” are not entitled to make any diagnosis and they also do not carry out any medical treatment of diseases in the conventional medical sense.

An alternative practitioner tries to improve the person’s ability to regenerate and to stimulate the body’s self-healing powers, working with natural and complementary techniques. These “natural therapies” have their own principles and their application does not in any way exclude medical treatments or conventional drugs. In many cases, well-being even comes about through a balanced combination of therapies.
