Alternative medicine for a more balanced well-being
Our Health is the most important pillar of our life!
In addition to conventional medicine, I offer a variety of alternative treatments that go beyond the symptoms of my patients: My goal is to restore balance of the elementary components of your well-being – body, mind and soul.
My services are aimed at adults and families with children and are tailored to the needs of each individual. Contact me for more information!
I have been working as an alternative therapist since 1996. Through my work I aim to strengthen people’s ability to self-heal.
My philosophy: “A person should be understood holistically in order to stimulate and improve his/her well-being”.

“Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in getting up every time we fall”. Confucius
For many years I have been concerned with the subject of wellbeing. By no means an easy task. After all, as life has taught me, one’s own physical and mental well-being is purely a matter of opinion. Everyone defines well-being differently. And therefore also needs very individual solutions in order to restore his well-being in the event of illness or crisis.
There are many reasons why one feels “out of balance”. Bad habits, conflicts in private or professional life, strokes of fate, but also traumatic moments from the past and repressed from memory can lead to a weakening of the immune system. Physical complaints and symptoms manifest themselves – and ultimately bring your own life out of balance.
Body, mind and soul – as worn out as it may sound – are the elementary parts of this balance. In order to improve the “well-being” in a person’s life, these three must be perceived as a whole. Motto: Once you have understood why you are “unwell”, you will find your physical, mental and emotional balance much easier.
